Frances Ilozue, MD, MPH, is a primary care physician at Rapha Family Medicine, PC, serving individuals and families at locations in Amherst and Buffalo, New York.
Dr. Ilozue was born and raised in Nigeria. She began her professional pursuits in Russia, earning her medical degree from the St. Petersburg State Medical Academy (SPSMA) before moving to the United States.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Ilozue completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University at Buffalo, New York, and a family medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Ilozue founded Rapha Family Medicine, PC, in 2007. Since then, she’s provided comprehensive health care to people throughout Western New York. Dr. Ilozue takes a patient-centered approach to treatment, emphasizing healthy lifestyle changes and preventive care.
Outside of work, Dr. Ilozue enjoys honing her professional skills. In 2016, she went back to school, earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
